The following questions are designed to evaluate risk factors that are common obstacles for making healthy lifestyle choices. This evaluation will rate your likelihood of success in making needed changes as determined by several criteria, including age, gender, physical limitations, diet, exercise, occupation, stress levels, sleep, spirituality, and relationships.

At True Health Defined (THD), our health coaching services are tailored to help you make sustainable lifestyle changes for optimal metabolic health. Our approach starts with an Optimal Health Risk Factor Analysis. We assess various factors that impact health, such as age, gender, physical limitations, diet, exercise, occupation, stress levels, sleep, spirituality, and relationships.

From there, you’ll embark on a three-month journey of personalized coaching, meeting weekly to tackle habits that may contribute to health risks. Each session is structured to provide actionable steps in areas like grocery shopping, dining out, exercise, and stress management. If specialized care is needed, we’ll connect you with trusted medical professionals.

Through THD’s coaching program, you can expect noticeable benefits including, but not necessarily limited to: improved metabolic functioning, which is often revealed in having more consistent energy levels; better weight management; and improved mood and mental clarity. Many people with whom we’ve worked experience reduced stress, deeper sleep, and a stronger sense of physical vigor, allowing them to engage fully in their daily lives. Your coaching package includes a workbook, cooking demos, field trips, recipes, and between 26 and 30 hours of dedicated, personalized guidance.
