If you are someone who’s tried dieting on the premise that it would be a quick-fix program to undo years of poor food choices\, you’ve probably come to realize this is not the answer to permanently losing the excess weight (i.e. fat)\, nor is it a realistic prescription for complete nutrition. For most of these programs\, healthful living takes a back seat to forced or manipulated eating habits or meal plans that are unnatural or unsustainable\, and at times are downright unhealthy. \nIntuitively\, we all know that what we need is a radical change\, a defection from the current American way of thinking and lifestyle.
