We created True Health Defined to share what we believe is the light of truth given to us “for such a time as this”. In other words, in a post-pandemic world, we believe there is no better time to share the Biblical truths about health than now. From our own experience with various life challenges, we have come to believe that experiencing true health requires we submit our ways to the Lord and resist evil in ALL aspects of daily life. Prov. 3:5-8
In this section, we will be sharing what we believe are vital truths, principles or strategies about health & wellness, fitness and “weight” loss. Unlike many blogs which are published weekly, these will be published as new topics are addressed. Ask to be put on our mailing list to receive the latest articles.
